About me: My works include
- Epitaxial growth of graphene and III-V semiconductor (GaAs, InP, etc.) materials by metal-organics chemical-vapor-phase deposition (MOCVD) techniques
- Fabrication and characterization of III-V-based materials for optical devices and high-efficiency solar cells
- Development of materials for sustainable energy and energy-storage technologies
